It is a great Honour for me to be your Captain for 2016.

It all starts on March 26^th and I look forward to having a drink with you all at the Drive-In. The Winter League Presentation will also take place at 4.30pm on the same day.

The Club Day Out this year is at Childwall Golf Club on Friday, 17^th June.

My nominated Charity is the Woodlands Hospice which is situated in the grounds of Aintree Hospital.

I have nominated the ditches and the pond on the 7^th hole for donations to the Captain's Charity and would be grateful if you could donate 50p every time you pay them a visit! This is under the theme of 'SPLASH FOR CASH'.

My Captain's Day is on Saturday, 9^th July and I hope we can fill the Clubhouse for the prize giving at around 4.30pm.

Likewise, I hope we can have a great turnout for Presidents Day on Saturday, 6^th August and for the presentation at around 4.30pm.

Inter Club matches and other Open Competitions also need the support of all members.

I have opted to return to Royal Liverpool Golf Club for the Annual Dinner and Prize Presentation and as usual, an 18 hole competition will be held on the day.
